Meet The Team

Unlike many university courses that concentrate only on the theoretical aspects of consumer psychology, we place a particular focus upon the translation of research insight to real world impact. Our teaching team comprises of qualified academics, practising Consumer Psychologists and business consultants, who over the last ten years, have worked with a range of clients including Aldi, Cadburys, Iceland, Kraft, Mars, Tesco, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and Walkers. The team are also regular contributors to both the BBC and Sky News, as well as featuring on a variety of broadcasts, ranging from the Today programme on Radio 4, to Don’t Get Done Get Dom. Not only do the teaching team regularly enjoy consultancy work for commercial clients, but a number of staff also have permanent positions as scientific advisors for both advertising and shopper research agencies’. Members of the teaching team are Chartered Members of both the British Psychological Society (BPS), and full members of the Society for Consumer Psychology and the Association for Consumer Research.
